As an alternative to the Sutton Mobile Shower Cradle, the Hereford is designed to transport the user in a straighter more reclined position to a suitable shower area with minimum effort. Features include a quick release zipped mesh for ease of laundry or replacement. The top of the mesh can be released by undoing the Velcro straps at the rear to allow optimum access for hair washing. The sides of the mesh, along the frame are padded to maximise comfort. The frames are manufactured using high quality bright mild steel, chrome plated & are supplied with four braked castors for stability.

The Hereford In-Bath Cradle is a smaller, straighter version of the Multi System Cradle. Features include a quick release zipped mesh for ease of laundry or replacement. The top of the mesh can be released by undoing the Velcro straps at the rear to allow optimum access for hair washing. The sides of the mesh, along the frame are padded to maximise comfort. The frames are manufactured using high quality bright mild steel, chrome plated and are supplied with four braked castors for stability. It is advisable that a ceiling track system or static hoist system (fitted to the floor at the side of a bath) be used for lowering & raising the user into and out of the bath, thus reducing the risk of back injury to the carer.
